Breaking the Generational Cycle
My Grandfather and Father were both big and overweight men. I have broken several generational cycles (higher educational, exessive drinking, smoking) and this is the next one.
DILIGENCE: constant and earnest effort to accomplish what is undertaken; persistent exertion of body or mind.
