    I just wanted to post a quick Welcome to the 50+ members with 100+ Pounds to lose TEAM. We're so glad to have you join us. Please jump in and have a good time getting healthy. This is an excited group of folks and really active team so you should be able to find all sorts of inspiration and motivation. Just jump right in. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. There's always someone willing to help in any way possible. Don't forget to use the food/water tracker that spark people provides as well as the fitness tracker.     I am going to a funeral today for a good friend's father. My goal today is to not eat mindlessly, stay away from high fat & high sugar food and to get more sleep tonight. I only slept a few hours and I know that fatigue leads me to binging.. I know I need to do aerobic exercise, but today I will just try to do 30 minutes of yoga. I want to start slow and build up. emoticon

    I think it's too late to worry about injuring my knee, it already hurts 24/7. I know that losing weight will make it feel better and I can only do that by exercising. It does feel better when it's warmed up when I'm working out. I just have to realize I can't jump back into the 60 min on the elliptical like I used to do. That will take time. I'm not discouraged today - I just need to find a different way for the moment. emoticon

    maybe you need to work out at a lower intesity every day to build consistancy til your knee gets used to the new workout. If you injure the knee that wouldn't be good, believe me, I know.
