Here I am

I lost my weight control after Mom died in May 2013. Now at age 55, I have gained 30 lbs. and have a tough time losing the extra weight. I continue to strength train but no longer have time to walk 30 minutes 3xweek. I eat better and am more active now than in earlier years, but the weight inches back on. Help!

Walk away from the extra pounds and get fit for the last half of life. Bone loss is a real concern for me and exercise is a great way to fight that.
