Thanks for posting on my "My jiggly Belly..." blog. I see too many people who give up and are disheartened when the scale (boo hiss) doesn't show how much work they are doing. There are so many other things to look at! So many other things to measure. You just have to keep on going and know that your body will catch up when it is ready.

Thanks for the comment on my blog about running with my husband. He's been very understanding and lets me go do my thang, although we are running our first 5K together, so thats exciting!

Hi Val! As for the cactus leaves, my local Farmer's Market (A produce store) carries them, as well as the Target store near me. We live not too far from the Mexican border, so that may attribute to their popularity here, not sure if they carry them everywhere. If you have a produce store near, you may ask the manager next time and see if they are available to you. The first time I had them at MIL's we had them as a side dish, like green beans. I prefer them as salsa myself, but they are very yummy and delicious any way they are made. Let me know if you come across some.
Have a Fab Sunday!! Happy Spring! emoticon
