I can do it!

I am in my thirties, trying to get rid of the remaining 15 lbs. from my last pregnancy. One of my goals is to stop having BLT's (Bites, Licks, Tastes) any time I go into the kitchen! I do good keeping my calorie intake low for each meal, but the BLT's derail me and put me way over my limit, I'm pretty sure!

My Goals:

Exercise regularly (at least 3x per week)

Develop better body image

My Program:
Just being more aware of calories. In the end, no matter what fad or program is chosen, I believe weight gain is 100% calorie-driven. I always have eaten very healthy (no fried or fatty foods, lots of fruits and veggies), I just take in too much.

Personal Information:
Thirty-something artist, musician, mother with too many hobbies and not enough time.
