I have went from a size 26 to a 14 now aiming for size 12
I am a recovering for life compulsive eater. I am a sugar addict who has a chemical addiction to sugar which leads to binging if i don't continually turn to God in my pain and sorrow and away from excess food it really picks you up and throws you down to fast. I am living binge free learning to live worry free and loving people more and things less I try to eat sugar and fat very seldom and when turn down a food that i know i will binge on save that amount last week i saved$20.00 bout me a reward instead works well for me I am I challege my team to try this let me know how it went get something you can wear that you choose to wear not what your trigger foods make you wear often on the hips or your problem area

I have studied Phsycology and medical and have been called a real schooler but not typical one love playing nintendo with teenage grandson him and i beat 13 teams of teenage boys.Great fun as they were so shocked at his Grandmother being his partner,and the only(girl ) he he)

Other Information:
I love Jewish music and Mozart I Like reading Bible first and also like Kahlil Gibran. I like Nintendo games such as Animal Crossing and Harvest Moon I find them interesting and a learning experience. I love victorian,so many things,like beautiful scenery and inter net puzzles.
