I want to lose weight to feel better and have more energy. I want to be healthy and active for the rest of my life and in order to do so I need to change my habits now BEFORE health problems begin.
I am staying within my calorie range and trying to get in 4-5 fruits and vegtables a day. I try to not deny myself any foods because then I seem to want them more. As long as it fits into the calorie count I allow myself to eat it. I do cardio six days a week and strength training twice a week. I vary my cardio so I do not do the same thing more than two times a week to keep my muscles guessing.
I just wanted to thank you for your recommendation of the Beck's Diet solution! At first I thought that is not what I need but I just downloaded the e-book after reading the free extract with growing interest! A six week plan is also what I needed in times of no work ;) btw it was the cheapest e-book too!
