Can I change my "NORMAL"?

I have made tons of progress. So, where do I go from here? Do I accept that I am at my normal weight or do I push to change my normal to be within what the doctors say is within healthy range. I am still considered overweight, but hey, at least the wii fit doesn't call me obese anymore. I am redefining not only "MY NORMAL" but my muscles too. I am starting to notice some really cool muscles I never had before. Watch out here I come!!!

My Goals:
I would like to get healthier and set a good example for my daughter. She is only 10 and is already overweight.

I am shooting for 150 or even 140. I don't know if I have ever been that weight, but someone who knows something seems to think that is what I "should weigh".

My Program:
I am doing the Spark Diet Nutrition tracker right now. I just started back up on 5/6/10. So far so good.

6/8/10-This week my healthy habit was to work out consistently I can happily say that I have been following and doing more than the fitness tracker is telling me to do.

1/15/11 - Going for fit. New Years resolution was to keep up with workouts.

Personal Information:
I am from the Puyallup, WA area. I am very happily married with 2 kiddos, ages 6 & 10.

Other Information:
I have been plateauing for a while, but luckily didn't back track too far during the holidays. WooHoo! Staying positive and ready to succeed.

A little inspiration:

Good for the body is the work of the body, good for the soul the work of the soul, and good for either the work of the other. ~ Henry David Thoreau

Much love and light on your journey.

Boy am I jealous that you got to escape to get married. I have been working that angle for nearly two years, but my fiancÚ really wants to have a "wedding". I am trying to stay strong and focused on my honeymoon. That is what is motivating me the most!! Tropical islands, white sandy beaches, and drinks with umbrellas in my hand. emoticon

Hey thanks for adding me. Hope you don't mind having a Pirates fan for a friend!! Despite living in the UK we have seen them play a number of times, both at Three Rivers and PNC Park, but only seen them win once!! Lol. Have also been to WA but didn't see any games there. We have family living in Yakima. Good luck on your Spark journey, look forward to watching your progress.
