My Goals:
I would like my hips especially to be leaner. They are 39 inches!! They used to be (just a very short while ago) 34 - 35!! I don't look or feel right anymore.

I would also like to get my stomach to look reasonable again. Nothing worse then muffin top!

My Program:
I am becoming very aware of the food choices I am making. Most of all I have to fight my tendency to stuff myself with junk every night! I am trying to gain control over my runaway eating habits. It's hard to believe I have gotten to this point. AGAIN!!

I am eating sensibly: 3 meals a day 2 snacks of fruit or vegetables. I work out with weights 20 minutes a day 6x a week. I love my muscles. I am carving shape into my body! Weight training is one excercise that can really reshape your body!

Personal Information:
I am from Saskatoon, Canada. i work in the education field. I am divorced with two kids.

Other Information:
All the little things I do everyday will add up. I can eat myself silly every night in front of the t.v. or I can be disciplined. Totally my choice - but the results will show either way. I chose to be healthy and look good!

Thanks for your comment. No I am 26 weeks pregnant currently. We had a miscarriage at the end of Dec but got pregnant again a few months later! Very anxiously awaiting our little baby boy who is due Dec 28!!

Thank you again. I have been keeping busy. They are not gone yet, so I am trying to get so much on the go that won't have time to get really depressed. My problem is that I want to eat everything in sight when I am mad or sad. I read somewhere that fat is just congealed anger. Oh boy then I guess I must be angry! I have a goal to walk on my treadmill at least 3 times per week for 45 minutes, or 5 days for 30. I doesn't sound like much but it is. The sadder I am the more minutes I will have to go also I have to be outdoors for 1 hour per day. Gotta get that vitamin D and the sun.
Anyway enough about me. That is what the blog is for. I hope your journey is going well and I wish good things for you.
