I am a 35 y/o mother of two. I am from Pennsylvania. I am going to take this one day at a time. I find that If I dont rush myself I will stick with something longer. I want to get thru my first 30 days and then the next 30 will come easier to me. I am determined to get this weight off.

I have an amazing support system at home and at work and of course all my spark teams. It is amazing!!

I am so glad to be apart of all of these teams.

My biggest goal for myself is to eat healthier.

I have joined the gym. I have been going atleast 4 days a week.
I try to do atleast 60 minutes of cardio while I am there.

So far I am doing great with this.
I finally have a computer at home so I can sometimes get on the site from home as well. Makes it much easier and I also use the spark app. on my phone.

My Goals:
My biggest goal is to stick with it!!

I am counting calories and using wii fit and walking everyday.

I need to stay away from soda and eat more freggies.


My Program:
My day consists of:

wlaking at lunch. watching what i eat
Then I do the following when I get home.
golds gym cardio
wii fit or zumba
jump in jacks for 5 minutes
jump rope for 3 minutes
walk 1.23 miles
I try and do 50 situps through out the day.
I also wear a pedometer and try and reach 12,000 steps per day.

I have two awesome children. That do know how to test my patience at times :)
