Mountain Runner

I Have lost 35lbs over the last couple years, but with my wife and I moving and both us switching jobs, I have fallen off track a bit. Walking for me had become a problem at my highest weight of 243, but I had got into running and weight lifiting before my life switced all around. I am back to track my food, and work my way more towards my new favorite hobby...mountain running.

My Goals:
Run up this small mountain behind my house
Never see 200lbs again on a scale
Not drink Alcohol for a year
Run a half marathon for my 36th birthday


My Program:
LImited meat, bread and cheese. Lots of fresh juice, and lots of veggies and fruits. Very limited processed foods, and no alcohol for a year.
Lots of hiking/walking, and some strength traing at my local gym.
