Anne's Weigh

I am 47 years, divorced with three adult children, one granddaughter, and two grandsons. I have always been 'slightly' big and some issues these years have changed that to more then slightly.
I joined SP on a whim and am having a grand time here!
The friends make the journey more than bearable. I've not reach my goal weight, yet.... but will get there!

My goal is to be at my healthy weight and as fit as I can be.

This link should get you to the stretches, but if not the article is called 3 Minute Stretching Routine for Shin Splints. I just searched it from the main spark page. There are a few good stretches for your feet. You might also try searching Plantar Fasciitis stretches, they would help the ankles too.

Good morning Anne. I have added you as a friend. Thank you for your post on my bat blog. I do think we get messages in different ways. I lost my father this year. Monday I told a friend that I felt the grief beginning to lift. Tues. the bat visited
