Congrats on your latest fitness challenge. Glad you are loving the DVDs. You know, we don't have a team/challenge plan for using them, but that is a great suggestion! I can tell you that the 28-day bootcamp challenge is a fun one if you haven't done it yet. And we'll be doing a new monthlong bootcamp in January, and a team bootcamp challenge to coincide with my new DVD, but that doesn't come out until December. Maybe in the meantime you can browse some more of the member-created sparkteams for challenges...or even start your own member team challenge using our DVDs! ;-)
Hey Meg, I am waiting for the aunts to arrive and thought I would check the internet. Wow, you are really doing well! I made the fatal mistake of increasing my workouts, only to congratulate myself with some indulgences. Shame on me. Anyway, I am glad you are still on track. I will have to be very careful this week, or you will be blowing by me. I think your still catchable at this point though, so watch out. Mmmmm, I guess this means I won't be able to pig out on the homemade Italian bread I made for dinner tonight. Stay strong, talk to you soon.
