Thanks for commenting on my blog!! I only used 3lb weights for this one..I occasionally used my 8lb weights but that was seriously like...2-3 times for SOME exercises...I love Jillian's tell it like it is attitude...harsh but true lol...I want to do it again eventually too using just my 8lb weights...I bet that'll be super intense!
