My Goals:
Healthy Body, Mind & Spirit.

Eat healthy daily.
Fitness activity daily.
Make a happy moment each day - even if I have to create it.

Fitness - 10*+ minutes a day - as tolerated. Track on Spark People.
Maintain & build stamina as measured by number of minutes of exercise. Fitness Goal of 1,000 minutes a month.

Stay in touch with at least one family member, weekly.

Follow my healthcare team's directions to maximize my health and quality of life.

Pray always.

~~~BODY~~~
NUTRITION:
I basically follow the more advanced phases of South Beach Diet - using the original book.
Keep calories between 1250 & 1600. Track with Spark People

FITNESS:
Member of YMCA: Water aerobics class, Muscle Strengthening-Range of Motion Class; Yoga.
[I was doing at least six hours a week before I got sick.]

~~MIND & SPIRIT~~
Take time out every day for something that makes me smile. Read daily. Do brain puzzles. Spend time with at least one of our kids each week - even if it is on the phone. Pray.

Live in North East Indiana.
Married.
Two daughters plus three step-children.
Total of 9 grandchildren.
