Hi there, I'm 5under6. Yes, that's 5 kids, no twins. We did lose our oldest son too soon, but loving life with these 4 blessings. Each time I managed to JuSt BaReLy get back to prepregnancy weight. Now that my youngest is almost 8, I'd really like to get near there again. More importantly, I'd like to just feel better in my clothes. Encouragement is always something I can use! Thanks!

My Goals:
I want to clean my body out from all the junk I've put into it for the past 30 years. Without jumping off a cliff, I'll be working on it one step at a time.

My Program:
I've started to run a couple miles at a time, 3 days a week. I also add in 2-3 days of strength training. Unless I follow a video, I can't stand to do it on my own.

You have made great progress 5Under6. Even if the weight may not come off as fast as you like, or the workouts don't seem to be working. Think about how you have grown through this Sparkpeople process. What a great example as a Mother to show when you have weakness and you pick yourself back up and keep going.
