3 Sets of 10 squats alternating with 3 sets of (10 each) lateral and front shoulder raises.

3 Sets of bench step ups alternating with 3 sets of bicep curls/military press and overhead tricep extension w/disc

Workout B

Sumo Squats w/25 lb dumbell 3/15 alternating w/Squat to single arm military press w/8 lb dumbell 3/10 each arm.

3/10 Step up to calf raise (performed on box) alternating w/deadlifts 3/10 (40# barbell)

3 Sets Leg extentions 10 heavy (45lb) 10 light (25lb) alternating with Rows (elbows high using rope attachment) 3/10

3/15 hanging crunches alternating w/ twist crunches (20 count and feet off the floor) w/ 10lb disc

My Goals:
My goals are just to finish what I start whether that be weight loss or finishing school and actually having a career and not just a J-O-B. I will be applying to my educational program this November and I pray for God's favor to be selected.
**Update October 2013**
I was selected! And with God's grace, I will finish in July 2014 and get hired in my field!

My Program:
My only program at the moment is to eat healthy and workout. No diet pills and no extreme/fad diets. I don't want to take the easy way out.

Cracks me up that someone wants legs like mine- I feel like they still have so far to go! Anyhow, the secret to my leg transformation is squats, then lunges, then squats, deadlifts, then squats, then dealifts, then squats, then lunges. All sorts of variations of squats, deadlifts, and lunges (walking lunges are my fav), but mostly squats.

Did I mention squats?
