a much needed change
I have six wonderful children, ranging from toddler to teen. I have familial history of diabetes, obesity, and heart disease. I am an adult orphan...my mom died of COPD and my dad of a heart attack. I want to be around for a long time. Losing weight and getting healthy is important to me, so it's time to start. Wish me luck!!!

My Goals:
I want to lose weight...I'll settle for 50 lbs, but would love to be between 120and 130.
I want to be able to play sports without getting overly winded.
