To lose the last few pounds left over from my last diet program in 2009. To try to exercise 5-6 days a week, in spite of my health limitations.
Journal my foods/eating daily. Being more conscience of when and what and why I am eating. Concentrate on eating the right amounts in the right food groups. Limit size/portion control.
