I have been on Sparkpeople in more than one incarnation over the past five years. I think if I met the original one on the street now I would not recognize her. I used to belong to all kinds of medically related teams.
My life is a complete turnaround from then. It is, however, progress not perfection. So, while I don't need to lose any more weight and I have, through proper nutrition and exercise, brought all those other numbers doctors look at well into line, I continue to work on general lifestyle changes.
