My number one goal is to maintain a healthy lifestyle and to stay active. The most recent activity i have taken up is kickboxing, and it has been a real challenge! Also just began working with Bodymedia Link armband and trying to adapt to the best ranges to work with for a gradual weight loss (i have 5 to 8lbs to go before maintaining and it is not happening very easily :)
My interests include nature, hiking, kayaking, walking along the local stream, being at the lake, reading, gardening, cooking, reading, active church life, dogs, and crafting (my favorite craft changes frequently....some painting, some needlework or crocheting in the past, but my current favorite is traditional rug hooking.
I would like to maintain healthy spark ranges for calories, protein, carbs, fats, sodium and folate.
I would like to establish a fitness plan that includes running, yoga, and strength training weekly.
I would like to meet and maintain a healthy bodyfat % and manage my cholesterol levels without meds.
We win or lose by what we choose, one choice at a time.
