It's Morphin' Time!

Hello! How has your day been? Tell me about it :)

I'm shooting to lose about 10-12 lbs and tone up. I also aim to be in better cardiovascular shape. To feel better at the very least! At my lowest I was about 7 lbs and at my highest was 152 lbs. Right now I'm sitting in the low 140's and as a tall girl (5'10.5") I'm not overweight, but the last few months I haven't had much energy. I've also noticed my butt is taking the shape of the couch. It's time to do something about it ...

Oh yeah, and I'm a vegetarian!

I'm eating less and moving more!

Keeping it to 1200 calories/day

30 mins cardio/4 x wk

And I do stuff like do squats while I brush my teeth :D I'm not fancy.
