Finding My Spark
I am married to the love of my life (20 yrs. whoo! hoo!) and have 2 great boys. I am looking for motivation and want to get healthy more than anything. Also looking good in a swimsuit at 30 something would be nice 2! LOL! 1 thing that gets to me is to hear someone say they just want to be skinny! I don't want to be skinny, I'm not skinny, I want to be healthy and look athletic. I want muscles not skinny flab. And yes you can have skinny flab!!! I am doing The Firm DVDs, and walking, and have tried P90X (really hard but good) and I like what the guy on there tells you about working out "give it your best and forget the rest" before you know it your best is better and better!! Just keep trying!!!

My Goals:
GET HEALTHY!!! Exercise at least 30 min. 3-5 times per week. Drink 8-10 glasses water per day. And LOG the things I do!!!
