I'm married with two daughters and one granddaughter. I work full time for Adecco as an Account Executive and part time as a Silpada Indpendent Consultant. Sterling silver jewelry is the best.

Other Information:
I love to travel either to Aruba for nice long getaways in the winter or camping in our new 5th wheel travel trailer in the summer.

I just noticed your message about breakfast and how you couldn't find calories in your tracker. Wanted to help...so.
try the website called www.calorieking.com VERY USEFUL TOOL! When you find your favorites ,write them down and just add to your SPARK tracker as "my favorites". It takes little bit time, but once you have done that, it's so fast to use your tracker! And you get right numbers in the end of the day, if you don't leave any snacks or meals out of your tracking.
