I've had my surgery, now is time to regain my strength and get healthy again. I will continue to work on losing weight and getting back in shape, now with the help of my medical team.

My Goals:
Lose 5% at a time. Be stronger and healthy by the end of 2016.

My Program:
I'm eating healthy, limiting portions, sodium and fat. Nothing is completely off limits.

Personal Information:
I am now living in Naples, Italy on a Navy Base. Trying to get adjusted and get back on plan. Have 2 collage age kids plus 2 "foster" daughters who are in collage. I had heart surgery in 2014 and am working my way back to health. I plan on being stronger and healthier than ever!
