My Goals:
To drink 8-10 8 glasses of water (or more) 7 days a week. Exercise 7 days a week. Increase cardio from 1 to 7 days per week. Increase strength training from 1 to 5 days per week. Eat breakfast daily. Engage with others on SparkPeople to stay motivated and focused.
My Program:
Current efforts to meet my goals include fully utilizing the tools available on SparkPeople. In order to take full advantage of these resources, I sit down on Sunday evening and plan for the week ahead.
Other Information:
I enjoy the outdoors and am looking forward to spring so that I can expand my exercise options and add the enjoyment of nature as another motivator. This year, I am going to buy myself a bike. I have not had a bike since I was a child. I am really looking forward to riding bikes with my daughter.
