Starting over -- Getting healthy -- Learning to love myself

I'm on a journey of change. Getting myself healthy both in body and mind. Goal is to lose over 150 lbs. My time frame is two yrs. Improve my eating habits, and get serious about exercise. Also trying to eliminate negative thinking, and love myself
I need all the support I can get. It would be very much appreciated.

"We must not, in trying to think about how we can make a big difference,
ignore the small daily differences we can make which, over time,
add up to big differences that we often cannot foresee."

"If I had to select one quality, one personal characteristic that I regard as being most highly correlated with success, whatever the field, I would pick the trait of persistence. Determination.
The will to endure to the end, to get knocked down seventy times and get up off the floor saying. "Here comes number seventy-one!"

"Three of the most powerful words in the English language are 'I AM RESPONSIBLE.' It's tough to do, but when the day comes that you can say those words, believe them, and mean them, it will be the most liberating moment of your life. Taking responsibility for all of your results, for better or for worse, is taking back your power to create results in your life."
-Tom Venuto

"How do you build up your bank account? By putting something in it everyday.
Your health account is no different. What I do today, I am wearing tomorrow.
If I put inferior foods in my body today, I'm going to be inferior tomorrow, it's that simple.
