Another day in paradise!

I've struggled with weight as long as I can remember. After I had my first child (1991) I spent some time as a stay-at-home mom & became obsessed with being thin. I would work out 2-4 times per day (@ home during nap times) & was able to get to a size 5 & 110 pounds & maintained that until I had my second child (1995). Since then, I've been stuck at a size 12 & 170 pounds, give or take. I've come to accept that I will probably never be a size 5 again & I'm OK with that since looking back I ...

My Goals:
My current, & I think realistic goal, is to get to 130 pounds whatever size that may be. But even more important, is to be at a place where I can look in the mirror and be happy with me, no matter where I am in the weight loss journey.

My Program:
I am working out at the gym 4-5 times a week doing the treadmill, elliptical, weights, and ab work for 1 to 2 hours at a shot depending on my schedule. I'm also becoming more aware of & accountable for my calorie intake.

Personal Information:
I moved to Naples, FL from Olympia, WA almost three years ago I have 2 children, ages 18 & 15. My daughter (18) recently moved back to WA which has been an emotional road-block.

Nope, not official yet. Still have to take the written test tomorrow night. Hopefully I'll have my motorcycle endorsement on Wednesday and then I can break out all my new Harley Mama gear! WooHoo!
