Shared Food & Fitness Trackers
To learn more about my personal challenge, which I am overcoming, see blog 8/3/09; my story, August 14, 2003...
I want to get back into my great selection of size 6 clothes and I know I am capable. I'm making really good progress!
Things that make a difference in our lives, some of which I have yet to master:
1. Stop feeling sorry for yourself. Get up off your bed and do something about whatever’s wrong
2. Forgive others and especially forgive yourself.
3. Turn toward God when you have problems, not away.
4. Be adaptable. God knows best. Take advantage of new opportunities, especially when life throws you a curve ball
5. Do not be afraid to make tough decisions when you know by the spirit that they are right.
6. Keep God’s Commandments.
Cardio and strength workouts 6 days weekly and stretch.
Variety of cardio videos on spark.
Cycling, yoga, various strength training exercises, seem to add more each week.
I have a new calling as of 8/1/09, I'm the VT coordinator, should be quite an experience.
Very Active Member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints
Love my kitty Chloe, see pic...
Enjoy yoga, cycling, tennis, computer savvy, love church and activities.
Took that pic from Yosemite in the 80's, I think it was 85, it is not digitally enhanced.
I love to cross-country run when I'm there. I used to also backpack and rock climb. I love hiking.

"Beautiful Woman Award! Once you've been given this award, you have to paste it on the wall of 8 women who deserve it. If you receive more than 3, you know you're really beautiful! If you break the chain, nothing will happen, but it's always good to know someone thinks you're beautiful inside and out"

Hello my friends.
IT's a BOY!!!!!
I know it has been 3 weeks since I have had my baby, and many of you are still waiting for me to announce what I had. I am sorry it has taken so long. For you see, there was some complications. Both baby Tristan and Amelia were in the hospital for several days.
Due to complications from delivery, my new son had aspirated some fluid and ended up with aspiration pneumonia and ARDS.
He was admitted to the NICU and was placed on c-pap until his was strong enough to breathe on his own.
The plan was for Tristan to stay on Antibiotics for 14-21 days!
Due to unfortunate events on July 5th, my Amelia, Who had a kidney transplant last year, developed a fever of 41 degrees Celsius (105.8 degrees Fahrenheit). Amelia was admitted to Primary Children's hospital on the 3rd floor. Due to the stress of having just given birth 4 days ago, and now having 2 children in the hospital, I was able to have both children moved to the same hospital.
Both Amelia and Tristan are doing well. Amelia was first placed on oral antibiotics and Tristan had a PICC line, in which I gave him two IV antibiotics every 6 hours.
I have posted a longer Blog, on my sparkpage, if you are interested, plus I have uploaded some great photos of Tristan and the rest of my children.
I hope things are going better for all of you!!
