My journey is important and doable

I currently have no health concerns but with my weight I know that they are coming soon if I don't do something .
I started at 235 ish went down to 190 and then went up to 270 lbs. I let myself fall into old habbits. I am disappointed in myself.
I don't expect this to be easy, or quick but I do expect myself to do this because it is important and I know it is doable.
I am very excited to be part of the Summer 5% team and look forward to the challenge.

My Goals:
I want to shop for clothes in the regular racks and not the plus size racks.
Right now I am focussing on getting under 200 when I acheive that I will set more goals

My Program:
My Summer 5% Challenge Commitment:
Cardio walk for at least 20 minutes 3 x week
Squeeze in extra walking as possible
Strength Training - 3-5 x/week
Try Yoga once per week.
For Nutrition I will log everything and I am starting to learn about different methods of cooking. I plan on making one new recipe a week out of ingredients that are new to my kitchen such as amaranth, maca, chia seeds, hemp...I will log everything and stay within the calorie ranges that Spark has given.
I am also working on imcreasing my water consumption.
I will support my team by participating in all the LTGL challenges, reading blogs when time allows. I will weigh in on Saturdays.

Other Information:
No one said this would be quick or easy but they do say it is doable and important.
I sometime need to remind myself of this.

Great to hear from you...that's all we can do try, that's certainly what I'm doing. For the month of October I will be trying to keep on tract but you know that's easier said than done, so wish me lots and lots of luck with that.

I see you are losing too that's awesome!

Good to hear from you my friend....trying that's all we can do. To day is the first of October I'm going to try to be the best me no promises (I said try) LOL.

It is clear that I love to eat so don't hold your breath on this one, I will be trying just like you. Keep me informed about your emotional status n I will certainly let you know mine.

I go through so many emotions while trying to lose weight I will need your therapeutical (is that a word...LOL) support .

Anyway keep in touch, it is always so great to hear from you
