Developing an exercise habit for life
regular exercise - 3-6 times per week 30 minutes or more
learning new exercises-strength training, tai chi chuh, yoga, walking, learning to do this at home for when I can't go out.

Eating 4-7 fruits and vegetable servings each day
Watching portion sizes, measuring when possible

My Goals:
Health & Balance

Develop habit of walking for regular exercise.

Increase strength and resilience.

Explore & develop Tai Chi Chuh practice and strength training.

Observe my eating patterns and find ways to improve nutrition for long term results.

Reduce a few sizes in clothes.

Create new goals, create plans to achieve them, enjoy the process and results, don't get lame to myself.

Dream fitness goal: develop muscle definition in upper arms.

My Program:
Walk 5 days per week x 30 minutes, increase when this becomes easy and routine.

Try one yoga pose, stretching or strength exercise each week. Repeat on 1-2 more days. Build personal portfolio of exercises for future use.

Track food and water intake on my Nutrition Tracker everyday.

Sleep 7-8 hours per night.
