Now losing again but no more yo-yo� Remember TRUTH �

2015- I am back on track ....not in the homestretch but I have definitely turned the corner and am determined to live healthy, eat clean and exercise every day if possible for 40 minutes or more FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE...............may it be long and joyful.

2007-2008 I lost 99 lbs maintained until 2010 and then most of it came creeping back........
BUT starting September 2014 I AM LOSING IT AGAIN
February 2015 NOW DOWN 53 with 46 to go HALF WAY THERE!! ...

When I started SP January 2007......
I started exercising by joining Curves on Nov 15, 2006 then in January 2007 paying attention to diet, measuring portions and counting calories. My husband of 15 years died suddenly and unexpectedly on February 28, 2007, he was only 43 years old and in good health --never had a problem with his weight. I joined a gym in April 2007 and became obsessed with working out. I reached what I considered a satisfactory weight of 145 February 2008. I was on top of the world but very stressed about counting every calorie and every minute of exercise. I dropped as low as 136 by June 2008. I WAS successful�.lost 99+ lbs dropped more than 20 % body fat lost 90 inches (11.75/35/26.5/35.5/13.25)
AND THEN��.EXCUSES gained a few pounds, then a lot of pounds, then everything went to h*** in 2013. I am now married again, a few dogs have passed away, and one more was added.

TRUTH IS I DID NOT MAKE MYSELF A PRIORITY
SO I RESET in September 2014 and started the journey again

I am determineed to drop back down to at least 148 BY SOMETIME 2015---targeting summer but by my 49th birthday would be fine
I CAN LOSE THIS---IT CAN BE DONE---this page is proof!

4. Diet: Gluten free no sugar, no bread, no pasta, no white rice
5.Never to eat food from a drive through again (unless it's a salad)
