You can do this, and I'm not just trying to sound like a CHEERLEADER I'm just checking back to see how you are doing!
I've been a SPARKER for 9 months, and I've only lost 35#, but the fact is I have KEPT off every pound that I've lost, because even though I have MANY days where I eat about 2,000 calories which is a NO WEIGHT LOSS DAY, it also is a NO GAIN level. Then I will have "good days" and eat about 1200 and over a week, I'll drop a pound, etc. And in 9 months, I have gotten off 35#, which I had NOT been able to do before. I'd lose five pounds and gain back six. But, I stay with this daily now. Resolve to do the same. You can have a better life and be healthy by being a SPARKER. 3151 days ago
