It has been a little more than a year since I joined SparkPeople. I have lost about 12 lbs - not a lot but still, I am that much lighter and healthier. This is what the program has done for me:

1. I have met a lot of people who inspire and motivate me.
2. I am more aware of what I am eating and while I don't always eat healthy, I do have to listen to my inner voice!
3. I now believe that I can do it and that I have all the necessary tools to make my life better.

What I need to work on:

1. Exercise, exercise, exercise - especially the strength workout.
2. Stop procrastinating - I will start on it tomorrow :)

Hi there. Stopping by to see how life is on your side of the US. How was your Thanksgiving? Are you looking forward to the holidays? They are almost upon us. Tons of stuff going on. So far, doing pretty good with not over eating. Yoga is a lifesaver for me. ttyl.
