I am trying to do the C25K. I have gained so much weight, which makes it more challenging, but I'm still trying to do it. I also need to get back in the gym. For some reason it is easier to do 45 minutes of "step class" than it is 10 minutes of running????!!!! Go figure. I'm not going to give up, though because when I exercise life just makes better sense! I think it will just be a lot of on days and off days before I get into the rutine of it.
