My Goals:
Here, my goals are to lose weight, and hopefully help those that I can, and not be a pain to those that I can't.

Otherwise, my goals are to first do right by God, then His creations.

My Program:
Right now, not sure how long I will last at it, but my weekly goals are 885 minutes for a total of 6300 calories burned per week. So I can lose the total of 54 lbs by sometime this September.

I forgot about eating tomatoes with sugar. I don't do that but I do remember people eating them that way. I wonder if it's good? I may have to try it. :) Have a good week.
