4EVERNESS since i can't even get the login spinner, 30 min calisthenics vigorous, 30 walking 2 mph, 30 heavy cleaning and I didn't log in yesterday????

My Goals:
Here, my goals are to lose weight, and hopefully help those that I can, and not be a pain to those that I can't.

Otherwise, my goals are to first do right by God, then His creations.

My Program:
Right now, not sure how long I will last at it, but my weekly goals are 885 minutes for a total of 6300 calories burned per week. So I can lose the total of 54 lbs by sometime this September.

Perhaps you think I spend all my time 'standing around', possibly even fishing. Not at all. Mostly I'm touring museums and amusement parks and ascribing to the theory that standing burns more calories than sitting. My feet are killing me! emoticon emoticon
