2013 will see a difference in my health and weight! I have 4 beautiful grandchildren, 3 boys and one girl! I am married 40 years and I own a thriving Interior Design business, thus the decorating pictures on my site. My husband and I are both retired from the Air Force Reserve, proud military veterans. It seems I've tried nearly every diet in the world with some success. With the help of Spark I hope to break the bank and finally get to my goal.

My Goals:
September 10, 2011 I'm revising my goals. I want to become a writer with a blog or book. I want to lose weight but not sure if I'm ready to commit but I am going to work on the idea of it! I'm going to get organized and have a neat house!


My Program:

Thanks for commenting on my blog Carol. He is not ready yet to get another "child" but I am so glad he is willing to talk about it. Because we will be busy with the grands during June, it will probably happen in July. We still have to take Toby to the farm and spread his ashes. ((HUGS)) Linda Kay

Thanks for your comments on my blog about Toby. We are already talking a little about another pet but have different thoughts--I want another lab and he wants a little dog that will fit in my purse. LOL I think I will just wait a while and get what I prefer--a chocolate lab. ((HUGS)) Linda Kay

We might almost have passed each other, lol... We tried to fit Memphis into our itinerary, but we just couldn't swing it, between the distances involved and the time constraints. But it's on the list for next time--!

Thank you for your comment on my quilt, I usually quilt my own. But this one my friend did, she is building up her long arm business and she wanted to have quilts as examples of her work. I had done the top and it was in my pile unfinished, so I made up the back which has a black center, a border that matches the border on the front (in size, not pieced), and then a black border. She show cased her different stitches on the front and then was able to show how she lined up the front and back so the stitching lines were near perfect! We were both quite pleased with how it turned out.

You would have a blast decorating my house. I live in an old Henry Ford Anniversary farm house. Have to use historic certified colors...... emoticon
