Hi I live in the uk and live with my partner of 5 and half years and my 4 year old son. I have started this diet plan because my partner has given up smoking so this is our way of supporting each other. I have fibromyalgia and loosing weight can't hurt and might even help! I joined the site because I am looking for support as I can't commit to a slimming club (or afford it) and I know I'll give up without the help of others.

My Goals:
I really want to fill in my food tracker EVERY day. I really want to do some kind of exercise a minimum of 3 times per week for 30 Min's or more. I really want to lose 10 lb by 10/10/10 I really want to continue with my correspondence course I started 3 years ago and never got past the first assignment!
My Program:
I am counting calories and eating at least 5 fruit and veg each day. I am using the progress charts to try and adjust my diet to within the recomended balanced diet limits. I am drinking at least 8 glasses of water per day and failing miserably with the exercise at the moment!
Other Information:
I love watching movies, making cards and reading when I have the time. I have really taken to gardening and have even grown fruit and vegetables this year.
