I CAN!!

For our family I am working hard to make sure we are eating healthier meals and getting exercise to help with our familly health issues. I know it has got to start with me setting a good example!!!

I have realized through a lot of support on here that everyone is different and I can not gage my success on someone elses. I need to set my own goals and do what will work for me. I am so thankful to have Sparkpeople to help me along the way!!!!

Personal Information:
I am a SAHM with two wonderful boys. Our family loves baseball and the beach (when we can get there) We live in SW Missouri...not so close to the beach! We love to travel to Gulf Shores, AL and The Outer Banks in NC. We are very active in our church and believe that with God as the center of our family we can handle anything that comes our way!!!

Hey there! How are you fellow SPARKer? I have been Missing in Action (no action - UGH) I am SO...NOT where I wanted to be as summer is kicking off! My weight has crept up (not the direction I want in summer) and I have not been exercising. Well, today is June 1st and it's a new start for me. Update me how you are doing when you can. I'm shooting for a goal to get back to my regular exercise and eating smaller healthier portions as well as lose 25 lbs by my Birthday Sept 12th. It's going to take some focus but why not now? Join me on this journey and let's feel much better in a few months!

Hey! How are you doing? It's been too long. Are you ready for BASEBALL? Our games start the week after Spring Break.

How is your Spark journey going? I had quite a slump for a while and was mostly absent, but with some encouragement...and signs of Spring...I'm feeling sparkly again! I hope you're feeling Sparky too!
