My Program:
I am trying very hard to keep a balanced life nutritionally so instead of denying myself everything that is "bad" for me, I set a side 150 - 300 calories a day for a treat. It all depends on how active I was that day. It seems to be working so far.
I am on a 1700 - 1900 calories per day plan.

Personal Information:
I live in NYC and I work as a college professor. This allows me enough free time to work out and add non gym activities; such as long walks. I am very lucky to have such a flexible schedule.

Other Information:
My gratitude is reserved for Shereen Smith who was there for me every day supporting and defining my approaches and my routines.
