Welcome back and good luck! Every day is a hurdle but you can do it! I'm in the same boat, 2 years ago lost 25 lbs and put 23 back on so here I go again emoticon

finding balance is harder than I thought. I focus on the negative without balancing it with the positive. That's a no win journey that brings guilt and frustration instead of acceptance and good planning.

I'm getting there but finding balance sometimes feels like a pendulum swinging instead of equilibrium. emoticon
