I've been fat since I was 7 years old. I want to lose at least a 100 pounds (which won't make me thin. . . ). I struggle with depression. Here's what I have going for me: I love healthy foods. I work with a trainer 3x a week at Fit Family. I volunteer at a camp for overweight kids. I am very successful in other parts of my life.

Lose 70 lbs by my 50th birthday--May 2013, when Hubby has promised a trip to Paris.

Continue training 3x a week

Stick to calorie and fat counting by using the SP calorie tracker on my phone

Go to 2 exercise classes a week

Walk dog 2x a week

Talk more positively to myself
