I've fallen (off the wagon) and I can't get up!

I'm a former skinny girl who needs to lose 20 pounds. My biggest issue is inconsistency - I'll be OK for awhile and then fall off the wagon and not get back on until I've done some damage. I also need someone to hold me accountable - like exchanging food logs.

My Goals:
My long-term goal is to lose 20 pounds. My short-term goal is to lose 10 pounds by July 10.

Run a 10K on Labor Day weekend.

My Program:
Exercise at least 5 times per week (run x 3).

Track nutrition faithfully - 1200 - 1400 calories daily.

Drink lots of water and green tea.
