We are going on the same journey. I recently read Jillian Micheals new book. She talks about hormones and how we can take back some control. It is awesome and has some good new research in it! You really have to make yourself exercise (QuickFire) some every day. If we do not it will reset our hormones and make us old - fast! It is much more involved than that- but look at the book and it will make sense.
