Editing this again for about the 90th time. I get in these moods what can I say. I'm Sherri, from Dallas area, 48 years young as of this moment. Started this journey back in April 2010 with the thought that I would get hawwwwwwt by the time I went to Cancun in June. I didn't realize how unHAWT I was at the time. Issues I've had to deal with on this journey is recovering from foot surgery (twice in one year), arthritis in the knee (too many sports) and of course being heavy exacerbated the knee pain which made it difficult to exercise.

Anyhoo, I perservered. I know the drill, know what to do (I was previously a gym rat and certified as a personal trainer). I've been on a 4 1/2 month very frustrating plateau which is probably being created by a lot of stress in my life (mostly financial), but I'll continue to move on.

Thank you for visiting my site. Thank you for adding me as a friend if you have. I'll whine, I'll vent, I'll say good things but I'll also listen and try to give good advice if you need it.
