I have always struggled with my weight, but it got a little bit out of control in college. My goal is to lose some of that weight before I graduate in December and have to join the "real" world! I would also like to concentrate on stopping my "potato chip" vegetarianism I've been at for about two years now. Who knew you could GAIN weight by dropping meat? I need to make better veg. choices, that's all.

I started on here in Feb. but I really don't start my SparkTime until July when I actually got my butt in gear! That and the site was a little bit overwhelming at first. I didn't know where to start!
I'm a big book nerd. It's pretty much impossible to drag myself away from a good book to go out and exercise! But I try my best! :)
