Creating A NEW ME...

Hello, it's me again. I did really well my first go at this and lost 20pounds in 6 months. Didn't quite reach my goal when i let my life take over and i quickly gained it all back. So here i am again, proud that i am trying again. I want this for me, i deserve to be happy. I have lived in my prison body long enough. It's time to free myself and start feeling comfortable in my own skin. I also need to face that i can't do it alone, even though i feel alone with this battle. I'm not the only one ...
I'm not the only one who feels this way. I've had a bad year so far, but it's up to me to change the course of this ship and turned it into the best year of my life!!! Remembering it's all the little things that add up. Use the tools that i have in front of me and get off my butt and MOVE!!! Make wiser choices and eat LESS!!! This is a lifestyle change, Re-creating me into what i want to be!!

I've getting back into SP and haven't seen any activity from you. Just thought I'd check in and see how you were doing. I saw you joined WW in September - hopefully that is going well. If not maybe this will remind you to start taking care of yourself again.

Happy 4th of July! I hope you have a wonderful holiday filled with family, friends and fireworks. *~ Paula *~

"You have to love a nation that celebrates its independence every July 4, not with a parade of guns, tanks, and soldiers who file by the White House in a show of strength and muscle, but with family picnics where kids throw Frisbees, the potato salad gets iffy, and the flies die from happiness. You may think you have overeaten, but it is patriotism." (Erma Bombeck)
