My Goals:
My main goal is to lose weight!
Run 5 kms without stopping.
Maintain a healhy blood sugar level.
Help my kids to be active and healthy.


My Program:
No more chronic cardio, no grains, no sugar, no legumes.

Yes to fruit, veggies, nuts, healthy fats and meat. Eventually I do want to switch to grass fed, but right now, I am having a hard time finding this, and it's not really in the budget.

I don't count calories, carbs or protein, although my carbs only come from fruits and veggies. While losing weight, I am limiting fruits with high sugar content.

Personal Information:
I'm CANADIAN EH! from the Rock, raised in Toronto, and living east of Toronto now. I have a wonderful husband, 3 children, 2 rabbits and 2 hamsters. Would gladly trade the rodents for 1 dog, but hubby is not so inclined.

Life is good.

Other Information:
I'm achieving my weight and wellness goals by following the primal blueprint!

I am so sorry about your accident. I think I know how hard it is to do all you are committed to and in constant pain which is so tiring. But you keep going like the strong Canadian woman you are! Can't keep down a champion. emoticon
