My Goals:
My main goal is to lose weight! Run 5 kms without stopping. Maintain a healhy blood sugar level. Help my kids to be active and healthy.
My Program:
No more chronic cardio, no grains, no sugar, no legumes. Yes to fruit, veggies, nuts, healthy fats and meat. Eventually I do want to switch to grass fed, but right now, I am having a hard time finding this, and it's not really in the budget. I don't count calories, carbs or protein, although my carbs only come from fruits and veggies. While losing weight, I am limiting fruits with high sugar content.
Personal Information:
I'm CANADIAN EH! from the Rock, raised in Toronto, and living east of Toronto now. I have a wonderful husband, 3 children, 2 rabbits and 2 hamsters. Would gladly trade the rodents for 1 dog, but hubby is not so inclined. Life is good.
Other Information:
I'm achieving my weight and wellness goals by following the primal blueprint! JUST DO IT!
